Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

USE OF PRODUCTS

Upon purchase of products, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose and strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions as to use can be directed to Scaevola Cosmetics via their contact details.

You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions.

If any minor uses any product purchased through the site it should be only after the parent or legal guardian has discussed the product with the minor.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices listed on the site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (as applicable).

The prices indicated may be changed at any time without advance notice. However, the products shall be charged at the rate in force when the customer’s order was validated.

Where the customer pays by payment card, the customer warrants that they have the necessary rights to use the payment card and that they are fully authorised to use it to pay for the order.  The customer also warrants that this card gives access to sufficient funds corresponding to the amount of the order.  Failing this, Scaevola Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel the sale according. Scaevola Cosmetics is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You can always opt-out our mailing list by choosing to unsubscribe.

CONSENT TO SEND REVIEWS REQUEST

After purchasing any products from our website you will receive an email asking for a review of the purchased product.  You can then decide if you would like to leave a review or not. Reviews are first sent to the website admin for approval before being published.

SHIPPING

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We offer FREE STANDARD Shipping on ALL orders over A$75.

Please pay attention to the shipping address you are giving us.

• You can may change your address after your order is placed as long as your order has not been shipped yet.
• Always use the CORRECT suburb and put ONLY the suburb in the suburb field. For example, if you live in ” Mosman”, do not put “Sydney” as your suburb.
• Delivery to your office or business address? Always include company name, building name and level number.
• Always include street name and number.  Without street name and number might get your order returned for invalid address.

We generally ship packages out every Monday through Friday to ensure a fast-shipping cycle so your package gets to you at the shortest amount of time possible. We use Australian Post which is 2-3 day delivery within Australian capital cities and major metro areas. Regional areas may be 5-7 days.

We ship our products to most countries around the world. Shipping prices and delivery timeframe as follow:

* Delivery times are an estimated provided by the courier company but can vary for shorter or longer times.

4. Send us the before and after photos, along with a photo of the used products within 30 days of receiving it.
5. Organise at your own costs for products to be returned to us (Yes, they need to be returned).

You must include a photo of your hair straight after finishing the step 2 of the treatment and another after washing the hair for the first time with dry hair.  Before and after photos must also include valid date and time stamps.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase simply email info@scaevola.com.au with your order number and email used for your order to cancel your order or initiate a return.

if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund you straight away. If your order has already been dispatched, we’ll have to wait for your return. items must be returned unopened within 30 days from the delivery date, and you’ll need to pay for postage.
