We guarantee that your hair will improve by using go-Kera™ Smoothing Treatment.
In the unlikely event that you find this is not the case with your go-Kera™, you may be entitled to a refund by following the below steps:
- Take a clear photo of your hair, side and back before using our products.
- Use our products exactly as instructed.
- Take a clear photo after you’ve completed the application*.
- Send us the before and after photos, along with a photo of the used products within 30 days of receiving it.
- Organise at your own costs for products to be returned to us (Yes, they need to be returned).
If approved, your refund will be processed.
You have 30 days from the date received, to submit a Money Back Guarantee application.
Applications that do not meet this criteria will not be approved for refund. We reserve our right to reject a refund request in the event that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.
*Please ensure that you take your before and after photo in similar lighting conditions to reflect accurate results. You must include a photo of your hair straight after finishing the step 2 of the treatment and another after washing the hair for the first time with dry hair. Before and after photos must also include valid date and time stamps.
**WE CAN ONLY REFUND ONE GO-KERA SMOOTHING KIT PER CUSTOMER. IF YOU BUY A BUNDLE WITH TWO OR THREE KITS YOU MUST RETURN THE KITS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED TO OUR WAREHOUSE. UPON RETURN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED.

If you change your mind about your purchase simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and email used for your order to cancel your order or initiate a return.
if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund you straight away. If your order has already been dispatched, we’ll have to wait for your return. items must be returned unopened within 30 days from the delivery date, and you’ll need to pay for postage.
